This is how cancellations work.

How can I cancel? What are the cancellation policies?

For individual bookings between 1 and 6 nights, you can cancel your booking free of charge until 6:00 PM on the day of arrival. If the cancellation is made after this time, we will charge 75% of the stay as a cancellation fee. During trade fair periods, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before arrival to remain free of charge. After that, 75% of the stay will be charged. If you wish to end your stay early, this is possible free of charge as long as you cancel the following night by 10:00 AM the previous day. Otherwise, we will charge 75% of the remaining nights.
For long-term bookings of 7 to 28 nights, you can cancel free of charge up to one day before arrival. From this point on, we will charge 30% of the stay as a cancellation fee. During trade fair periods, a cancellation period of at least 7 days before arrival also applies, after which 30% of the stay will be charged as a fee. An early departure is free of charge if you inform us at least 3 days before the new departure date. Otherwise, we will also charge 30% of the remaining nights.

Individual Bookings (1–6 nights):

• Free cancellation until 6:00 PM on the day of arrival.
