Assistant Head Housekeeper

Your area of responsibility:

Maintain an open, committed, and honest approach to our guests
Inspect apartments, public areas, and storage rooms for cleanliness and functionality
Manage inventory of supplies and linens, place orders when necessary
Communicate with and assign tasks to the housekeeping team
Prepare and maintain work materials, refill cleaning products
Train and instruct new team members
Conduct regular team training sessions
Carry out routine inspections to ensure cleanliness in all public areas, including the lobby
Provide vacation cover for the Head Housekeeper (housekeeping management experience is an advantage)
Work in shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

What we expect:

Entrepreneurial thinking and action, plus initial leadership experience
German language skills required; English at B1 level preferred but not mandatory
Strong organizational skills, assertiveness, and ability to work in a team
High level of commitment and flexibility
Excellent attention to detail
Willingness to work hands-on and support the cleaning team during peak times
Enjoyment of new challenges, independent and proactive work style, initiative
Confident and friendly demeanor
