Facility Technician

Your area of responsibility:

Ensure good, collegial, and effective cooperation across departments
Work closely with all departments
Contribute to the smooth operation of the maintenance department
Carry out repairs and maintenance throughout the apartment complex
Monitor and understand the functions of all systems and machinery
Perform daily checks and inspections of system functions
Address technical issues from the maintenance log and resolve defects in the apartments and all public areas
Ensure the property is kept in excellent technical condition and well-maintained
Maintain green areas and outdoor facilities
Document incidents in coordination with the technical management

What we expect:

Completed training in a recognized trade profession
German language skills required; English at B1 level preferred but not mandatory
Valid Class B driver’s license
Enjoyment of new tasks, ability to work independently and proactively
Reliability, flexibility, and resilience
Strong teamwork and organizational skills
Confident and friendly demeanor
