There is currently a large-scale power outage in the south of Berlin, which also affects our property. Therefore, check-in is currently carried out manually at the reception, as no electricity is available, and there will also be no hot water today.

Although this situation is considered force majeure, it is important to us to inform you clearly in order to avoid any misunderstandings or dissatisfaction. Please note that the situation may change at any time. However, we cannot guarantee a quick resolution, as this is beyond our control. Emergency lighting is provided in the staircases and corridors to ensure you can reach your apartment safely.

If your booking is only for 1 or 2 nights, please carefully consider whether you wish to travel. We will, of course, accept a free cancellation in any case; however, this must be processed via the portal through which you made your booking. At the moment, we do not have direct access to our email and can only communicate via the respective booking platform. Thank you very much for your understanding.
