The parking garage in the building is not operated by us but, but can be used by our guests.
It currently costs €18 per day.
Arrival:
Our house WiFi is freely accessible.
From Siegen train station (approximately 8 minutes by taxi or a 15-minute walk), the travel time is around 1.5 to 2 hours. For the latest schedules and connections, please check the Deutsche Bahn website: bahn.de
To Cologne/Bonn Airport by car or taxi:
The travel time is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Taxi costs are estimated at €160–180.
Frankfurt am Main: By train, approximately 2 hours; by car, about 1 hour and 45 minutes.
Cologne: By train, around 1.5 hours; by car, approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Dortmund: By train or car, about 1.5 hours.
No daily housekeeping: The apartments are cleaned once a week for a minimum stay of 7 nights incl. cleaning service. exchange of bed linen, towels and tea towels.
However, if you wish, you can always have an extra change of linen or extra cleaning for a fee.

In each house there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, the use of which is free of charge.
For the Nespresso machines in our apartments, we offer you REZEMO capsules. Coffee from fair and organic farming, with capsules made from compostable materials, produced in Germany. And on top of that – absolutely delicious! Enjoy your welcome set in your apartment!

Dear Guests,
There is currently a large-scale power outage in the south of Berlin, which also affects our property. Therefore, check-in is currently carried out manually at the reception, as no electricity is available, and there will also be no hot water today.
Although this situation is considered force majeure, it is important to us to inform you clearly in order to avoid any misunderstandings or dissatisfaction. Please note that the situation may change at any time. However, we cannot guarantee a quick resolution, as this is beyond our control. Emergency lighting is provided in the staircases and corridors to ensure you can reach your apartment safely.
If your booking is only for 1 or 2 nights, please carefully consider whether you wish to travel. We will, of course, accept a free cancellation in any case; however, this must be processed via the portal through which you made your booking. At the moment, we do not have direct access to our email and can only communicate via the respective booking platform.
