How does Check-in Work?

Berlin Adlershof: Digital check-in or reception (check opening times)

Giessen: Digital check-in (check-in machine only available as backup)

Wetzlar: digital check-in or check-in machine

Siegen: Digital check-in, check-in machine or reception (check opening times)

Online check-in:
You will receive an email with the link to check in online. Each location has its own Strav page for digital check-in.

Enter your booking number and last name, check your details and settle any outstanding amounts.

Depending on your location, access to your apartment is then via a PIN code, a room card or a digital Bluetooth key.

Is Early Check-in or Late Check-out Possible?

If you would like an early check-in or late check-out, please contact our reception team via email or telephone.
The contact details can be found at the bottom of the website on the green background.

Please note: Late check-out is only possible upon request and costs 35€. A guaranteed early check-in is only possible if you also book the night before.

Questions About Refunds or Invoices?

Our team will be happy to answer any questions you may have about invoices or refunds. Please contact our reception team via email and provide your booking number.

Are there Parking Facilities?

Yes, there is plenty of parking available at all of our apartment locations. For more information, please visit the respective location pages.

Can I do my Laundry?

Free washing machines and dryers are available at all locations. Please bring your own laundry detergent.

Towels: Are provided during weekly room cleaning. In Berlin and Siegen, fresh towels are available daily for 15€ (please register one day in advance).

Is Breakfast Served?

We do not offer our own breakfast, but there are many cafés in the surrounding area. In Berlin Adlershof, you can book a breakfast buffet including drinks at our partner hotel, Airporthotel Berlin-Adlershof, for €18 (please register at the reception the day before).

In Siegen, you receive a 20% discount on the breakfast and lunch buffet at Café & Bar Celona Siegen, just 100 meters away and open from 8:00 a.m.; vouchers are provided in the room, and payment is made on site.

In Wetzlar, we have a partnership with Best Western Hotel Wetzlar, where you can purchase breakfast for €14 per person.
