“I have been employed as a housekeeping manager at ADAPT Apartments in Berlin since 2014. Since then, I have had many wonderful working days here. Compared to the traditional hotel industry, our guests seem to be even more respectful when handling the rooms. Long-stay guests in particular really feel at home with us. And that's how you get to know some guests a bit over time — which also makes the workplace a second home. During the corona pandemic, awareness of hygiene standards in general and among us has increased, but at the same time I have also received more appreciation and recognition for my job and expertise. I feel fully supported by the entire staff and management and as an equal member of the team. My opinion counts and I have the opportunity to actively shape and make decisions.”

“I've been with ADAPT Apartments since 2017 — now in the position of Chief Human Resources Officer. In this position, I can ensure that our team is promoted, supported and developed. I love working for our employees and getting involved with the team, and it's a great feeling to be able to share in the company's success.
For me, the ADAPT family, as we like to call ourselves, represents the essence of joy at work. We work together in an open, honest and respectful manner. Team events such as the company relay race or the summer party are simply part of ADAPT. In regular individual meetings with management, we discuss competencies, resources and prospects and actively shape professional development and career opportunities.
In short: I don't want to work anywhere else and I'm looking forward to many more years with and with ADAPT!”

“Hi, I'm Mandy and I've been part of the ADAPT family since 2016. I really enjoy working at ADAPT because not only do I do a job here, but I can also develop myself personally. My hidden abilities were recognized and promoted through targeted continuing education and training. This allowed me to develop from receptionist to COO — an opportunity I might never have had without ADAPT.
I particularly appreciate open communication and respectful interaction with one another. Regardless of whether it's about professional questions or personal concerns, I always find an open ear. Thanks to the various locations, I have the opportunity to work from home, for example in the modern ADAPT Apartments in Wetzlar. That is a big advantage for me.
The whole thing is rounded off by a barbecue evening or two on the roof terrace. For me, ADAPT is more than just an employer — it is a family in which I feel comfortable and can develop.”

“In October 2020, I started at ADAPT Apartments in reception, in the midst of the pandemic. What impressed me from the start was openness and multiculturalism — people from different generations and cultures work together here. At ADAPT, I was not only able to grow professionally and become head of reception, but also get to know modern technologies and systems that take guest interaction to a new level.
Thanks to the stable working environment, I was also able to successfully complete my migrant processes and obtain my citizenship. For me, ADAPT Apartments is more than just a job — it is like a second family that supports and promotes its employees. Here I can contribute my language skills on a daily basis and live out my passion for the hotel industry and customer service.”
