The reception is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 — 11:00 and 14:00 — 20:00. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. In addition, we can always be reached by telephone at +49 30 678 929 80. We are happy to answer any questions you may have about your stay in our apartments.
Breakfasts
You are welcome to have breakfast at our partner Airporthotel from Monday to Friday between 6:00 and 10:00 and Saturday and Sunday between 7:00 and 11:00. Price: 18€.

The lounge is located in house 1, where you will find a vending machine with cold drinks and a coffee machine for free coffee and tea around the clock.

Housekeeping
No daily housekeeping: The apartments are cleaned once a week for a minimum stay of 7 nights, including the exchange of bed linen, towels and tea towels. However, you can request an additional change of linen or cleaning at any time for a fee.
Kitchen
There is a Nespresso coffee machine in every apartment. You can buy capsules either at reception or in the supermarket. There are capsules from Nespresso, Dallmayr and Illy as well as Rezemo, which we currently have in stock.
Each guest receives a free welcome pack of 4 capsules.

Waste Separation
Waste separation made easy! Sort your waste in the rooms for residual waste, organic, packaging, old glass, waste paper and make an active contribution to environmental protection. Our garbage stations can be found in each parking lot.
